By downloading, installing, or using SkyPacer – Pace Calculator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

6. In-App Purchases

SkyPacer – Pace Calculator may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LOSANDROS APPS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOSANDROS APPS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LOSANDROS APPS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your User Content

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App will immediately cease
  • You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These Terms are between you and LOSANDROS APPS, not with Apple or Google

  • Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
