The Runner’s Fuel app is for runners who want to improve, enhance, and, most importantly, vary their daily running routine. A brisk session in the park is a great thing, but does it set the right stimulus?
How do you manage the time between training plans for competitions? Is it always helpful and sensible to run or train into the blue?
Of course, running should be fun. But the routes and the running parameters, such as (speed, pace, and altitude) should also vary. Variety promotes healthy, motivating running. Nothing is better than reaching a good fitness level and then, if necessary, starting an individual running plan and achieving a competition goal.
The app is aimed at running beginners and advanced and ambitious runners.
Each runner determines his or her level and is then offered suitable units. The selected, completed unit is then briefly evaluated. Was it easy or complex, or how does it feel afterward? Depending on this, the individual level is adjusted, and two suitable units are suggested the next time.
Run better, more varied, and with much more fun and tangible and measurable success.
The app is in an open beta phase. That means bugs can occur, and different things like layout, functions, units, etc. can change. Testers can influence further development time with feedback, bug reports, tips, experiences, and ideas.
