Data Storage
The App stores configuration data, such as app settings (e.g., session progress, quiz answers), locally on your device in an unencrypted format. Users can delete this data in the app settings.
App and Data Deletion
To remove the app from your phone, please use the app removal function.
If you want to reset the stored data or remove any configuration data, you can delete this data anytime within the App’s settings provided by your mobile device. The app can be reinstalled from the store, while swept local configuration data cannot be recovered.
Third-Party Advertising
This app does not use third-party advertising services.
It was developed in collaboration with Heart & Sole and Leo Movement. Both companies do not have access to usage data and do not advertise within the app.

Participation
Participation in the Running Advent Calendar is at your own risk.
Please note the following information:
- Your health is important to us.
- Listen to your body: Pay attention to your body signals and do not overexert yourself.
- Choose the right place: Run only in safe locations and dress appropriately for the weather.
- Be visible: Wear reflective clothing and proper lighting in the dark.
- Be considerate: Pay attention to other road users in traffic.
Raffle Participation Terms
- At the end of the Running Advent Calendar, you can participate in our raffle!
- Neither Google nor Apple is neither a sponsor of the raffle nor affiliated with it in any way.
- Participation is voluntary.
- Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older.
- How to participate: Send an email with the raffle code (to be announced on 12/24/2024) to event@heartandsole.de.
- Participation period: 12/24/2024 to 12/28/2024.
- Prizes: 10 surprises from Heart & Sole and 2 training vouchers from Leo Movement will be raffled.
- Drawing: Winners will be chosen by lot.
- Notification: Winners will be notified by email starting 12/29/2024.
- Shipping: Prizes will be sent by post or digitally.
- Organizer: Heart & Sole, Stuttgart, and Leo Movement, Stuttgart.
- Heart & Sole’s (https://www.heartandsole.de/) privacy policy applies to the raffle.
- Leo Movement’s (https://www.leomovement.de/) privacy policy applies to the raffle.
- The decision of the judge is final.
